Home Sweet RV: Our Epic Journey Comes to an End

I'm wrapping up our travel reflections with pictures of our RV. If this were the cowboy days and it were a horse, I would love her. She took care of our family for the last month, climbing the highest mountains and sailing through the longest plains. She kept our food cold, provided us with showers, and gave us a safe place to listen to the crickets in the dark, ultimately returning us safely home.

It's good to be home, and I'm proud of our family. I truly believe this trip made us stronger together. We know each other a little better now, even if it means knowing how to get under each other's skin a little faster. 😉

I'm sad this adventure is over, but I will carry these memories for the rest of my days. I took this trip because time is moving too fast and the kids are growing up. I now see them all as young adults and am excited to see if any of our adventures spark lifelong passions in their lives.

This has been one of the best months of my life—only the first month of being married might have been better. We traveled many roads, saw many places, talked to many interesting people, and experienced new things. If I ever have the opportunity to do it again, I will in a heartbeat!
